_{CarBuyNi often acts as an intermediary on behalf of various car dealers & or private individuals that we partner with to dispose of their vehicles taken in part exchange or are no longer required. The vehicles offered by CarBuyNi are all pre owned/used vehicles and all vehicles listed are sold in an “as is basis“. Buyers have the option to view the vehicles onsite and test drive them if appropriate at CarBuyNI’s location during our normal business hours by prior arrangement to satisfy yourself of the condition, age and suitability of the vehicles. CarBuyNi is a subsidiary company of Thompson Auto.}
_{Please pay attention to the list in the description area of the vehicle of any general bodywork & mechanical observations we have made. All vehicles are sold with all (if any) faults and imperfections. Buyers should satisfy themselves prior to sale as to the description, age, and condition of the vehicles and should use and rely on their own judgment as to whether the vehicles match with any description provided. The photographs & description of the vehicles listed is to assist you initially and should not be relied upon solely or taken as a full description of either the mechanical or cosmetic state or condition of the vehicle.}
_{For your piece of mind all vehicles will be HPI checked before being listed to make sure there is no outstanding finance or vehicle condition alerts such as being recorded on V-Car as damaged repaired. Any V-Car conditions will be stated in our description section.}
_{In order to bid or buy on the CarBuyNi website you will be required to provide a username and password upon registration or if you prefer you can come to CarBuyNi’s location in person to buy directly.}
_{You are responsible for the use and security of your password and login ID. Keep your password and login ID confidential. Any purchases made using your login details will be binding upon you as the registered user.}
_{It is advised that you change your password periodically as a safety precaution.}
